#28 - Pâtisserie vs. Viennoiserie

Pâtisserie or viennoiserie?  The primary English translation for both is "pastry."  WordReference.com also suggests "cake" for pâtisserie and "viennoiserie" for viennoiserie--but that's not very helpful, is it?
